Should the United States government reinstate the military draft?

I think that the United States government should reinstate the military draft due to the fact that the soldiers are being over worked. Normally the deal consist of 6 months at war and then you could go back home. However due to the circumstances they must stay longer. Now deciding what I thought was best, knowing that both wouldn't have been a choice I'd prefer, well it took time. Yet I can recall being homesick and can say that for sure they are homesick. In fact, the lack of seeing what you're fighting for can bring one's hope down. Besides some of the people out there can be sick and probably not in the best state, so that to fight on and on, well I just don't find it fair. Yes, sending others to suffer the same way isn’t good, but should one really suffer for 10 men, alone?

should same sex marriage be legal in the United States?

I now pronounce you husband and wife...but what if both people were of the same sex? Then would it be wife and wife, husband and husband? Gay people have always been the outcast of the community, but can they be looked down on anymore. Well the society thinks they can, now that gay marriage is legal in the United States. However, I believe that same sex marriage should be legal. I say this because unlike most people, I don’t view the appearance but what is hold within the relationship. Love affection and compassion, the same sort and quality as normal couples. Apparently, though most people find it absurd. Yet to see this men and women promising to be together forever until death due them part, well it’s hard to not believe they can handle the same capacity as every average marriage. Since aside from future marriage problems, they will be always looked at differently, have been looked at already with disappointed eyes, yet they have stuck together, better than any average couple (since they aren’t looked down upon).

Should couples consider global population issue before deciding to have a child?

Most people when forming a serious relationship, or after marriage, cant wait to have a kid. Yet do they really take the time to consider global population? Most people believe that the globe has too many children, and that children would be better valued if having fewer. Of course, though other’s can care less upon that knowing that to experience motherhood for some becomes a blessing. In general I think couples should consider global population when deciding to have children so that if they want children to have 1-3. I mean anything above that not only populates the place, but think about it will you really give them as much attention and affection (that given in motherhood) when having a lot to deal with.

Should fast food companies be held legally liable for the impact of their product on consumers?

Fast food places, everyone knows don't have the healthiest foods. In fact the food is fat food and if taken daily or often, it can harm the consumer. So by going there you alone are responsible for taking in the food. Of course the fast food places should at least try to make healthier food. Which I think should be a requirement, knowing that they get a lot of customers, they should make a healthier food menu to select from. Yet the consumer is you, so I guess fast food companies shouldn't be held legally liable for the impact of their product on the consumers.

Should American public school be allowed to set aside daily classroom time for student prayer?

School is a place to learn with an environment that will help us. Yet does this mean schools should set aside daily class time in order to give times for student's prayers. Well when you look at the basic, not much student’s are very religious. Of course they have a religion but not most are interested in much of the aspects. Let alone praying an additional hour aside from church, in school! So though it could benefit some, most of the vast majority won’t like the terms applied. Then in not using the time wisely, good learning time is wasted. So that a fraction of what could have been useful to some is spared differently is such occasions. Of course religion is important don’t get me wrong but most kids don’t understand the full meaning of it. So that being forced to spend hours on a topic not much to their liking, is in a way, to some, a waste of time.
